Keeping track ofyour music sucks.
Sonic Station is a home for your works-in-progress — every take, every version, every lyric and to-do, organized by song and shareable as private tapes.
Every take, every note, in one place.
Expand a track to stack up versions, tick off notes, and set which take plays live — try it right here.

Project management made for artists, by an artist.
Start a project
Create a record, add cover art, and keep every version of the artwork as it evolves.
Build each song
Add your tracks, then stack up takes, to-dos, and lyrics on each one.
Share a tape with total control
A private, login-free link — set it to play once, expire after a set time, or revoke it anytime.
Party like it's 1999 and write with Pip.
A full-screen lyrics editor lives right alongside your projects — every song organized by section, with key, BPM, and chords in one place. Pip, your animated writing assistant, surfaces rhymes, reads your scheme, and suggests chord progressions as you type.
What's the word, hummingbird?
Write your songs. All of them.
Sections, chord progressions, key and BPM — every song lives in a single searchable library with autosave and crash recovery baked in.
Your rhyming, scheming co-writer.
Hover any word for rhymes, watch your scheme get detected live, and grab a chord preset for your key. Pip stays out of the way until you want a nudge.
Share it like a tape, not a link dump.
Every share is its own private page — hand one to the band, one to a label, one to a friend, and keep a different grip on each.
- No login needed — anyone with the link can listen
- Set a link to play once, or expire on a date
- Turn a link off the moment you change your mind

Everything you need to start a record.
- Up to 3 projects
- 1 GB of storage
- MP3 uploads
For when the music outgrows the free tier.
- Unlimited projects
- 100 GB of storage
- Any audio format — WAV, FLAC, and more
The fine print, minus the fine print.
- Is my music private?
- Yes. Everything you upload is private by default. The only way anyone hears a song is through a tape link you create — and you can turn a link off at any time.
- Can people listen without an account?
- Yes. A tape opens right in the browser — no login, no app to install.
- What formats can I upload?
- MP3 on the free plan. Members can upload any audio format, including WAV and FLAC.
- Do I own my files? Can I get them out?
- Always. Your music is yours — download any take, or a whole project as a zip, whenever you like.
- What happens if I cancel my membership?
- Your account moves to the free plan and nothing disappears overnight. Every project stays put for 90 days; after that your three most recent projects stay active and older ones move to trash, where they wait another 30 days — plenty of time to download or restore them.
Your songs deserve a home.
Three projects, a gig of space, nothing to set up. Tonight's session could be the first one that stays organized.
